There are three main views on the ASLA Portal. Adminstrators also known as STC can view the full portal. Proctors have assessmet monintoring view only.

As a School Test Administrator (STC), you can access all parts of the ASLA Portal. This role allows you to view and manage other test coordinators, proctors, students, and assessments and control access using the school-wide lock.
On the Welcome page, click on the green button, Administration. The green button will lead you to the administration view, where you can manage users and students. Below is what the administration's view looks like.
Proctors help and monitor students as they take the ASLA Assessment. They can see in real-time which students are working on what questions and control access using a per-student / group lock.
On the Welcome page, click on the green button, Proctor. The green button will lead you to the Proctor view, where you can monitor students' assessment progress. Below is what the proctor's view looks like.
School Test Coordinators (STC) have access to Individual Student Reports (ISRs) generated when a student completes the assessment. Proctors do not have access to ISRs.
On the Welcome page, click on the green button, Reports. The green button will lead you to the Reports page view, where you can download ISRs. Below is what the Report view looks like.
